I already download ''spyware doctor'' and some random antivirus software,..but somehow my computer runs ''pretty slow'' during the internet session,..so any computer pro can giv me another other advise?

I believe the best package for Vista is the Trend Micro Pro suite or in the very least their combo antivirus/antispyware package. The pro suite adds the firewall. I am using it right now on a brand new Vista Home Premium notebook.

You can also look over Webroot suite with Spysweeper, Sophos antivirus (VB100 winner) and firewall. Webroot is a smacking $40 US. The firewall gets a little slammed..... look around for more reviews on it.
