Try to on windows in safe mode then try try to install antivirus.

It may be possible your system is affected by a spyware or a keylogger is installed in your system which not allowed you to install the antivirus.

I thing you pc affected viruses. So reformat your pc and install Win XP and Install a good virus software like Symantec, mcafee, AVG or any best antivirsus.
