My PC is affected with W32.Blackmal.E@mm!enc, how do I remove it, Antivirus Softwares are not workin

This Virus replicates itself and sends itself to every address in the address book. Antivirus programs are not working. Can't even open any antivirus site. Is ther any other option to remove this virus/worm ? Please help.....!.

I strongly believe that reformatting should be left as the very LAST option.

The removal tool from Symantec should remove the related registry entries as well. Report It


Use a Malware and antivirus as well as a temporary folder cleaner in SAFE MODE, with all hidden files unhidden.

P.S - Naughty/crack/serial sites?
Yeah .. the best thing to do when you get a virus .. backup your important files ... and format your hard disk ...
Easy way: Wipe the hard drive. Completely reinstall your Operating System. (If you do this, make sure to wipe all hard drives and hard drive partitions.)
Did u tried to scan in Safemode?
