i installed counter spy antivirus software,it as a virus.then i unstalled it.there is no change when i restat the computer desktop shows it has win32 trojanvirus.

when i download software from internet it's not stored then restat the computer the software is not stored .

I had simillar issue.. Only solution try Macfree or Norton antivirus.. They should be able to remove it.. Else you will need a clean installation of windows again.. This will be much safer on longer run

www.download.com and find both just type in name..
be carefule where you download from some sites are not very nice, so you have a trojan, I would get someone to remove it for you or you can reformat you hard drive and reinstall you OS as the safest option, and think about some protective software like a firewall, antispyware and antivirus, I am not a fan of freeware so I purchased mine, and yes I use Nortons and my pc runs fine othe ppl say nortons slows you down, prove it to me and i believe.
