I am using CA eTrust Antivirus in my system,My sys showing SYSTEM ALERT about active spyware WHY?

Sys scan showing no infections,but a icon with X and ? marks showing SYSTEM ALERT,by clicking it,A window opening with virusheat antivirus software web page?

What is the risk in it and how to remove that icon?IS my sys is safe or at risk?????????
