some virus can't be cleaned even though i'm using the latest version of antivirus software. what software can you suggest?

This is some times the case with embedded files. But it is no problem to remove them your self. For example: AVG can clean up a virus and then show one or more items that are embedded. It tells you were they are. Use explorer to go there and just delete them. Example: usually will be a java script file so go to Windows/.jpi_cache/jar/1.0 and remove (delete) any files you find there.

Sometimes when u try to delete virus files after a scan it doesnt. Click on the virus name shown after scan is done and it will ask u to download virus removal tool from its website. You download the tool and it scans ur computer again removing the virus.
Try to check the virus name from your Virus scanning software , and then download the Virus definition files to support your Anti virus Software.
