when ever we open the browser for downloading of antivirus software, the screen shuts off automatically. we are unable to overcome this probelem however hard we try.any help

Boot to Safe Mode with Network support. Download the updates from there and then run your antivirus from Safe Mode. If you are trying to download and install an antivirus, download it is safe mode then boot to normal mode and install there. After installation is complete reboot back to safe mode and update you antivirus and run the scan in safe mode.
If you do not have an antivirus picked out try one of the free ones at this site.
Go to safe mode then go to this page http://www.varunhacker.tk and download any program there...all the programs there are the best in business...install it in safe mode then restart and run a scan
