I'll let you on a little secret. Most anti-virus companies offer users free online virus-scans. It's great because it's always up-to-date and there's no registration needed! Try it out and hopefully it'll help out with your virus/worm problem.

One thing though: You will have to use Microsoft Internet Explorer in order to perform the scan. Some of them will be able to use Mozilla or Netscape but it's not a given.

AVG Free made by Grisoft, get it here http://free.grisoft.com/, their homepage is here, http://www.grisoft.com/ but that is where they have all their paid solutions for businesses and corporations but the home version is free.

I have found AVG Free to be superior to Norton, Symantec and all the others combined. There is also Avast! Anti-Virus, http://www.avast.com/eng/free_virus_prot... for free but you have to renew it every year (at no cost) but I have found that to be a pain. AVG is the best but I thought I would present you with two options.
