please double check that there is no old anti-virus version sitting in the add/remove programs.Use an updated anti-virus software.Better yet call McAfee at 1-408-992-8599 or 1-877-365-9663 for Zone alarm.Or call microsoft at 1-800-936-3900.Support URL: http://support.microsoft.com/

Try loging on the site by using search tool bar.

Then try installing it by opening the install button in the new window.

You should be having a Trojan. It should be trying to stop you from installing any antivirus.
Go to an online virus check. A virus is probably blocking something.

Try using a program like Norton anti-virus, It can be bought at any store. You can try a Anti-virus program like NOD32 it give you a trial version free for 30 days.
