I have Antivirus Golden.... HELP!!!!?

Okay, here's the deal, I think I have antivirus golden on my computer and i have tried to download everything that will get rid of it. Unfortunately, it will not let me download any antivirus or spyware software. I cant even go to yahoo or send mail from my school address. Does anybody have another solution?? Please help!!!
