Norton is a resource hog. If you want you computer to run slow use it. ZoneAlarm is good. McAfee is cool too. But sometimes AV fight for resources when you have more than one.
It's different if you're running a server and have a AV for the server and a different one for the host computers if thats kinda what you're thinking.
If I load 2 antivirus softwares onto 1 computer, What will happen?microsoft
nothing, some anti-virus software wont allow to have a other anti-virus install at the same time?
If I load 2 antivirus softwares onto 1 computer, What will happen?norton ghost
good...nothin happens...........but use nortron its good
That depends on the software if you run Mcafee and Norton, lets just say you won't be going anywhere soon. But something like avg and ad-aware are ok.
Make sure you read the instructions before you install the first or second antivirus. It`s on the first page.
Actually, plenty of bad things can happen.
First, some AV programs will not allow you download and use another with them at the same time. The CA AV program works in this manor. Many others allow other AV to be downloaded and used.
When two AV programs run at the same time the fight with each other. Each detects the others virus definitions as infections and tries to delete them. The conflict causes you to have no AV protection.
