Reinstalling AntiVirus / AntiSpyware / Other softwares after repair?

Anyone has a superb way of reinstalling these commonly used softwares after reformatting pc? I am hoping someone have a way to automate things (e.g. having an image/clone of these softwares onto a cd, then just applying the clone to new PCs).

Main thing: Fast /Automatic Installation...

What I do is I install Windows and all the programs needed

I modify all my settings like My Documents/Favorites/Emails etc on my D drive ( Second Partition)

I use Norton Ghost and make a perfect image of my C drive

and all I do is backup my D drive every so often.

When I put my Image back on my C drive I still have all my emails/favorites etc and then I just update Windows/AV after the image was installed.

Norton Ghost 2003 is very cheap on Ebay and it does the job well

Additional Details

I do a Ghost Image for my C drive

My D drive is my data drive and all I do is back this up using Nero often.

Anything that gets updated daily like emails/favorites/My Documents/etc

goes on my D drive

When I want to re install Windows I put my Ghost Image back on my C drive This take approx 10 minutes.

As all my data is on my D drive After Installing windows using the ghost image I still have all my current emails/Favorites/etc.
